\nW+iPP is a new group here at UW-M
 adison whose mission is to foster a community that supports and promot
 es women and gender minorities in plasma physics\, both here on campus
  and in the plasma physics field as a whole. We also aim to share our 
 passion for plasma physics with younger women+ in STEM through educati
 onal outreach. Our group is supported by the Engineering Physics depar
 tment\, but we are open to any graduate or undergraduate student\, fac
 ulty member\, postdoctoral researcher\, or scientist who identifies as
  a woman\, a gender minority\, or an ally of women and gender minoriti
 es in plasma physics.<br>
