DESCRIPTION:You are invited to an informal discussion about non-partis
 an voting information on Tuesday\, November 1st at noon via Zoom in ad
 vance of the Tuesday\, November 8th election.  <br>\n <br>\nEarly in
 -person absentee voting has begun in Madison\, including on the UW-Mad
 ison campus.  <br>\n <br>\nWe will discuss where to find information
  about topics such as:<br>\nâ€¢	Eligibility for voting<br>\nâ€¢	How 
 to register to vote<br>\nâ€¢	Voter ID requirements<br>\nâ€¢	Obtainin
 g a voter-compliant ID card (for UW students)<br>\nâ€¢	Early in-perso
 n absentee voting opportunities on the UW Campus and elsewhere<br>\nâ
 €¢	Finding poll locations for those voting on election day\, Tuesday\,
  November 8th<br>\nâ€¢	How to find out what is on your ballot<br>\nâ
 €¢	How to find information if voting in another state<br>\n <br>\nA 
 few resources for non-partisan voting information are the UW voter inf
 ormation site(vote.wisc.edu)\, BadgersVote (https://morgridge.wisc.edu
 /students-get-connected/badgersvote/)\,and the State of Wisconsin MyVo
 te site (https://myvote.wi.gov/en-us/).  The Morgridge Center for Publ
 ic Service is hosting a VoteFest this week (https://morgridge.wisc.edu
 /2022/10/21/votefest-week-encourages-students-to-early-vote-2/).<br>\
 n <br>\nThis will be an opportunity for us all to share information w
 ith each other.  Please feel welcome to bring questions.  If we donâ€™
 t know the answers\, we will try to point people to places where they 
 may be able to get their questions addressed.  If possible\, it may be
  helpful to log on with a device that you can use to access various we
 bsites. <br>\nEveryone is welcome!  Even if you are not eligible to v
 ote\, but you would like to learn more about the voting process in Wis
 consin\, please come.  You are welcome to come late and leave early.<b
